Stair Design Options- Whether you are looking for a grand curved stairway or just a simple set of straight stairswe have the stair manufacturing capabilities to fit any of your design needs. Our stair design staff will help you choose the best fit for your application. Stair Materials Options- The species of wood that you choose for your stairway can make all the difference in your home. From traditional woods such as Red and White Oak, Beech, American Cherry, Pine or Maple as well as exotics which may include Brazilian Cherry, Mahogany, Walnut, Tigerwood and others. While these species of wood may be some of our standard options they are not our only options and feel free to ask about other choices. Pre-primed skirts and risers and paint grade species are always standard stock items.Contemporary Structures is an area leader in custom interior railings and stairways, serving the needs of Southern New England and Eastern New York contractors and homeowners. At our stair manufacturing facility in Ludlow, Ma. we fabricate kits to fit the specific design requirements of our customers meeting both custom and stock plans. We employ highly skilled, professional craftsmen that can install your stairway or railing balustrade at the site location. Have your own installer? We can make up a stairway kit to be picked up at our facility manufactured to your requirements.
