Barbara Watson has been amazing with her guidance, attentiveness and promptness , and most importantly , her down to earth approach, which is to be commended, having had dealings with other solicitors , previously who were unapproachable. The end result ( the one hoped for) would not have been achieved otherwise .

I've used ELP for 2 house purchases, one house sale and making my will. They have always been friendly and efficient and explain anything you don't understand. I always felt they had my best interests at heart. Special mention to Catherine, now sadly (for me, not her) retired! Good hand over to Lisbeth-Ann.

I used ELP Arbuthnott McClanachan for convenancying and estate agent services when selling my home in Edinburgh recently. They provided a top-notch service and I was very happy with the whole process from start to finish. It was very professional and the staff at ELP communicated clearly and quickly about all the nitty gritty details of marketing the property, arranging a home report, organising viewings, making decisions about offers, and getting all the legal paperwork and contracts concluded in a timely manner. I really appreciated their years of experience as it was my first time selling my home and their knowledge of the Edinburgh property market is extensive and very useful.
