Haslemere Independent Taxis

Taxi booked for my 17 year old daughter at 12:30 to return from a party. It was made clear at the time of booking this was for a 17 year old female passenger. Taxi didn't arrive and no answer on the phone or response to emails despite multiple calls. As a local Haslemere resident I would find it very difficult to give this company any form or endorsement.

Totally my fault and not my drivers. I really screwed this up and can only add to my sincere and abject apologies sent in my direct e mail to you.

Exactly what they say they will do. Tried and tested service. Would I use these guys again.Absolutely!Punctual,friendly and efficient. My go to company for public movements enquire early to not be dissatisfied or disappointed!

Twice a day for a week! I actually looked forward to our chats Mike. Anytime mate- an absolute pleasure.

A huge thank you to Angus! Angus went out of his way when I was stranded with a broken down car at 6.10am this morning on Grayswood Road. Angus was the only one who answered and not only did he come pick me up, he helped me find a recovery truck and he managed the traffic to prevent another accident as I had broken down in a precarious spot. Angus also waited with me until the recovery truck arrived and drove me back. I highly recommend Angus, he went out of his way to help me and I am truly grateful for all his support and that he didn't leave a stranded lone female at that time of the morning. Not only that, I was in a bit of a state and he didn't charge me. Thank you Angus, you're a true gentleman. Will definitely use your service again.

Wrong company!

We used Haslemere Independent Taxis for a few journeys around our wedding – including one into central London on marathon day. Nick was very professional, and the team made sure the journeys were punctual and stress-free. Would definitely use again!

Angus is the friendliest most accommodating taxi driver ever! He picked me up and I had way too much luggage but he made it fit and made us feel so welcome. Punctual, reliable and friendly!

An extremely reliable taxi company. Excellent customer service and wonderful drivers. The only taxi company I will ever use. The best by far! I absolutely recommend them. Thank you!

I used Haslemere Independent Taxis for long airport and family return journeys during my wedding and the service we received was nothing short of excellent! Nicolas Larsen was so helpful, professional and reliable. On time and courteous - would definitely be using them for more journeys. Have used other taxi firms in the past around Surrey but this taxi service was by far the best!!!
