We are buying our house through these estate agents and we have found them to be very knowledgeable, very obliging and really easy to get on with. There is no hard sell and we never felt hassled or hurried. They provided great service for my house sale, were very easy to deal with, upfront with their intentions of how to progress and I had no problems trusting their knowledge and expertise. They gave advice when it was needed/ asked, kept me up to date with progress from the buyer and the after sale service has been just as great. I never needed to chase anything as they kept me in the loop and they liaised very well with everyone involved in the chain. Customer service was very important for me when choosing which estate agents to act on my behalf and I am glad I chose them and they exceeded my expectations with the final house price. My house sale went through very smoothly and I believe Holden Copley had a big part to play in that.Report
