Amazing, I have never found anyone so helpful throughout, nothing was too much trouble. I recently lost my husband through tragic circumstances and Richard Johnson did all the contacting re Insurance and chasing where needed until everything was tied up. He was extremely helpful, compassionate in how he dealt with everything and in contact throughout checking all was fine.
I would highly recommend Prime Financial Solutions & Mortgages Ltd to all as the service you receive is exceptional.

I could not recommend this company enough. They are professional and very approachable. They make sure that each customer is looked after and receive the best service for them. My Dads life insurance was organised and managed by this company and when we lost him a couple of months ago they made sure the process, post death, was as easy as possible to elevate any additional stress. I didn't have life insurance but since my experience i have now taken out a policy and i have 100% trust in them.

We were initially put in contact with Leann when sorting out our life insurance and have since used her company for our mortgage twice.
On all 3 occasions, Leann was incredibly helpful, provided us with detailed explanations of what we were looking at and plenty of options to choose from. Leann keeps frequent contact and is such a pleasant professional lady.
I would highly recommend & we will continue to use prime financial solutions going forward!

After two years of deliberating and trying to pin my husband down , he eventually took out a life assurance policy. Leanne proved to be very patient, very knowledgeable, very pleasant and professional to deal with.
Needless to say we fully trust her and her sound advice.
Thank you for gently reminding my husband of the right thing to do and providing very detailed information. We sleep much more easily now.
I wholly recommend this company and we will return again.
