Thank you, Julie Arthurs! You provided a great service and I got the life insurance I needed. Pretty much everything was done over the phone and I just had to check and amend the forms before submission to the insurance company. An excellent experience that I am happy to recommend!

Finding this service has been amazing. I have MS and could not find the right life insurance or got refused until I came across the Insurance Surgery. Liz was my broker and she was polite, non judgemental, funny, professional, caring and no hard sell. She listened to everything I needed. She went above and beyond and gave me several options to choose from explaining everything. I cannot praise Liz and this company enough and am thankful to have found them.

Spoke to Neil Cameron at The Insurance Surgery to arrange protection for a new mortgage. He was friendly, helpful and made the whole process very simple and easy to understand.

Neil was patient with my partner and I as we went through the applications (we both have conditions that meant it took a bit longer than normal to disclose everything). He then managed to recommended some very good policies that completely meet our needs and have provided us with great peace of mind knowing that should the worst happen we are protected.

So I went online a year ago just enquiring for life cover. I got a call from Neil , he was great friendly and helpful, I had a few extenuating circumstances and was unable to take my policy out Neil kept in touch like I asked and remained patient. I am glad that he was helpful and knowledgeable , as today I was finally able to take my policy out. Neil is a gem and an assist to the business !
