Having a non standard sized bed I ordered a fitted sheet in May last year. After only 7 months the sheet has already worn out ( despite normal use) and started tearing s! Really disappointed with the poor quality of the cotton used

Absolutely useless company. They had one job - make a fitted sheet the right size. They failed three times. Then instead of refunding it as we asked they just sent the faulty one back saying it was a custom order. The sort of terrible customer service that just wears you down. Avoid like the plague.

Some products have been great but my last purchase of a single duvet set was a disappointment. After a first washing the duvet and pillowcases were misshapen and impossible to iron. Also two super kingsize bottom sheets split when in use, one was an expensive 1000 threadcount one. It would be nice if we could rely on all products being of the same good quality as some have been.

I have ordered from Victoria Linen a number of times and certainly would always order from them again without hesitation.
Excellent, professional and personal service coupled with very good quality merchandise at sensible prices make them a first class choice.

I have been purchasing from the Victoria Linen Company over a number of years. They are so helpful and accommodating and I have always been extremely pleased with my purchases.

Having bought an electric bed we found it impossible to get the correct size sheets. Victoria linen not only provided us with super sheets but did it in an old fashioned way , with real people in England, answering the phone. Don't change what you are doing!

Polite staff on the phone & very helpful. Delivery came when expected & the product has been great.
