Elizabeth Fry Charity
Provides support to women, mostly on licence from prison, who have a range of complex needs. Through their work, they help women to begin to address the issues they face, to improve their lives and reduce the likelihood of further offending.

A community organisation that bakes birthday cakes for families who find it difficult to provide a cake for their child.
The Huntley and Palmers Collection
Presenting the history of this biscuit company and its importance to Reading. Includes biscuit millionaire game, timeline, information on collectable tins, personal recollections and factory details.
Move Up Project
A daytime, learning, activities project for people with learning disabilities. The sessions are all creative activities run by people with learning disabilities who make decisions regarding programming, help to manage and deliver some activities themselves and do marketing work.
Reading City of Sanctuary
Project that seeks to establish Reading as a place of welcome for refugees and asylum seekers. It aims to provide a Reading wide framework to encourage and promote opportunities for cohesion.
Promotes equality and diversity, and works towards eliminating discrimination in relation to LGBT people in Reading and across the Thames Valley; includes a guide to their annual Pride festival, and to their year-round progrmame of projects and activities.
Reading Town Meal
First held in 2011. All the food is donated by the growers and allotment holders around Reading, cooked by Reading College students, and served free in Forbury Gardens.
Reading Vegan Festival
Founded by a group of local vegans who wanted to create an event that supported vegan businesses, and provided a safe space for vegans and non-vegans alike to find out more about this compassionate lifestyle.

Trooper Potts VC Memorial Trust
Records the history of the Project to create a lasting memorial to Trooper Fred Potts VC, his comrade Trooper Arthur Andrews and the men of the Berkshire Yeomanry.
The building is Grade II protected and set in trust, meaning no one owns or profits from the building. The Watlington House Trust was formed in 1929 to oversee the building and running costs, and ensure the aims of the building are met.
