The National Autistic Society – Neurobehavioural Clinic

A community heart failure team that see patients who are over 18 years of age, that have a Brighton & Hove GP, with a confirmed diagnosis of heart failure by echo cardiogram.

A local service providing assessment, treatment and advice to people with neurological impairment, including stoke, traumatic brain injury and Multiple Sclerosis.
