Staff are rude and unInformative

I had a brochure printed by Bishops, who were able to fulfill my specific requirements precisely. Just five days later the brochure had been printed, gold foiled, embossed, bound & delivered. Top marks to everyone in the Bishops team.

Worse place to work.

This year I've been in charge of contacting you to order and to get our cinema leaflets from you. Your service has been amazing. Sometimes it was a short notice and you were incredibly helpful. I wish you from No6 Cinema and myself a wonderful Christmas. Thank you.

This company really saved me after I had been let down by multiple others in the area. Cerys and a lady I spoke to on the phone were not just understanding and helpful, but they were kind and personable too. I could not recommend this company and the people that work there, highly enough.

Had a interview and had no response it’s annoying

Really disappointing experience. Had production issues on one item with off-centre die cutting, and only received sample copies for one out of three jobs before Easter as requested. I can forgive problems, but what has been terrible is the customer service - multiple emails and phone calls - the best I get is a fob off. Its been over a day and a half and no answers.

The company sadly lacks knowledge of printing books, don’t check the files before printing and blaming on customer. Books printed incorrectly , cost me huge financial loss and stress. Ages to receive response and always chasing them. Lack of customer service and common sense and knowledge with book print . Avoid at any cost
