Very clean, convenient and accessible. Hot buffet breakfast. Good choices if you dont like meat stuff.

Great location, only took 15 minutes to downtown by bus (no subway).
Can't beat the price.

Could have been better water pressure. Room was cold. Blankets skimpy

Customer service was good and the room was nice and clean. Main issue was the very limited parking that you have to pay for ($35!) and the overflow which was a 5 min walk from the hotel (not really convenient in the cold with luggage). Because there was construction going on, getting into the parking lot was not as straightforward. I'd say it was a pretty good location because it wasn't too far from the airport.

Good overall butmake beds and clean at least once every 3 days. Bathroom fan is too noisy.

I booked my stay from the official website of Holiday Inn Express. I was over charged $35 when I checked out. I did not check out late nor did I use their parking. Very disappointed.

It was a very nice stay. Good hot breakfast choices. They offered different food options every day.

Got rest housekeeping didn't bother us the $35 for parking is excessive rooms are clean and up to date

I had a good night sleep and breakfast there. Subway line is currently under construction there, so you will need to use shuttle bus from the North station...
