Excellent hotel clean and modern rooms service exceptional will definitely revisit and recommend.

If you want to experience the ambience of a Stalinesque Gulag where you are constantly shown propaganda signs to be a "better citizen" then this is the hotel for you. You will especially enjoy this is you want EVERY function of your hotel room to be controlled by an iPad with one of the worst user experiences created. If you decide to wake in the night to use the bathroom you will then enjoy either having said iPad blasting bright light into your eyes whilst you fight to find the light switch button, or alternatively press the bedside light switch, which will turn on EVERY light in your room at maximum brightness.||||Further entertainment comes should you subject yourself to the fund that comes from trying to book a meeting room, but watch out if the website crashes 3 times whilst you try and book, it can reset the room date to allow you to book in the past. ||||Staff onsite are very nice, but because they literally can't do anything unless their computer has a button, do not expect anything to get resolved if "computer says no".||||If you are visually impaired, do not stay here. You will almost certainly get locked into the lift and would never be able to navigate around your bedroom.

The hotel is in a perfect location, lots of bar, clubs and places for food all easy walking distance. Good transport links too & the perfect place to chill and recover before / after a long journey.

Fair to middling not all on the hotels side we were a couple of old dinosaurs so all the up to date technology was lost on us

My friends were racially profiled by a security guard when returning to the hotel late at night. We were asked for our keycards harshly, as if we had done something wrong, and he forced a friend who had a bus in 30 minutes to wait outside in the cold, rather than sit in the lobby with us (even under the supervision of another security guard). While we were waiting in the cold with her—it was 4am, so unsafe for her to be alone—other white guests were waltzing in and out of the hotel visibly drunk and chaotic without a second question from the security guard. None of my friends nor I were drunk or acting inebriated in any way. It was racial profiling plain and simple, and was humiliating as paying guests of the hotel to have to sit on the street with our friend, who didn’t even have a jacket. The people joking around with the security guard even tried to drunkenly speak to us several times. ||||Even before this incident, earlier that night around 10pm, the same security guard had racially profiled a friend in our group who went outside to smoke a cigarette. When she returned he harshly asked for her key, even though the building was still open and it was early.||||This behaviour was humiliating and i advise everyone to avoid this hotel. Your money is better spent at the Maldron down the street.

The hotel is nice, clean and beds are comfortable. The bathrooms don’t offer much privacy which we knew but people should be aware of when booking. Location is very handy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. ||||Sadly the air conditioning/controls in our room were not working and could not be fixed so did not manage to sleep at all which was frustrating but not the fault of the staff. The staff were great at offering cold water/drinks and some ice for us. Would be handy if the hotel had some fans they could give to guests in these situations.

Nice hotel very central to everything ….staff very helpful and friendly ….rooms are spotless and beds comfy i had room with no window but it actually had a frosted glass panel instead which was grt for light and privacy …breakfast is continental style …fresh food and drinks,friendly girls working in restaurant and njoyed breakfast…would defo stay again 😃
