Having worked with Cooleraid for a number of years, speaks for itself. Sales, install and provision have always been executed well. As with other service providers, issues can arise or communication can be clouded, however our Account manager Mike has always been on hand to iron issues out and goes above and beyond in ensuring service delivery is 100% against proposed objectives. We are also kept up to date with new products, innovative equipment and offers.
As demands and requirements of the business change, Cooleraid have always adapted our package, so that we have the service and equipment required, whilst being efficient and providing an uninterrupted service which ensures the impact for end-users is negligible or mostly absent.
