I had a terrific experience at CTD. Their design partner Sheldon was informative and responsive with timely quotes and special tile orders for our primary bathroom remodel. I was notified when deliveries arrived and warehouse pickup was extremely easy. CTD has an amazing selection of materials! Sheldon was patient and encouraged me to try many samples before selecting the perfect combination of materials. So happy with the outcome and their service!Report

I would write 2.5 star but... The tiles they have is superb, so much to choose from, BUT the people working there are SO snob, (expect the people in the warehouse!) not friendly at all, you enter and no one looks up at you...They might just deal with big orders from big company or something...but they do have great stuff!Report

Excellent selection of really stunning tile. Customer service is top-notch. Devon and the whole crew helped me pick out and order my tile as well as the Schleuter and grout. I went with Wow Designs agave with Laticrete Mink grout and am super happy with the result.Report
