This is the second time we've used SF Locksmith, we received an excellent service. Punctual, polite, tidy and I would highly recommend.

!!!!AVOID!!!! (or at least assume he wont turn up when he says he will) - No show and had to chase him to see if he was still coming to do a job, which clearly he had no intention of doing. Called booked and agreed a date and time, with no mention from him that he was too busy to do the job. I would have obviously gone elsewhere if he was honest. Finally got hold of him and he offered no apology and his only reply was "No I wont make it. I might get out tomorrow, ill have to let you know". He expected me to wait in all day for him for a "might" when he didn't have the decency to call to say he wasn't going to make it. People who know me know I'm reasonable and flexible, don't quibble over price and as I run a business I understand things do and can go wrong. Its how you handle it I guess that makes you a decent business. Simply put you shouldn't be saying your going to turn up if you had no intention and then don't have me waiting for a in for a "might". Local business too.... shame.

What a load of complete rubbish Daniel. If you remember - which you obviously don't, I said I couldn't promise to get to you on Friday afternoon because I was very busy but if not I would make it on Saturday. "The finally got hold of him remark" is also made up. There are no missed calls from you- so why put that. Perhaps next time you should get yourself a spare key before losing the last one you had and then do not have to rely on a locksmith to be at your disposal and blame them for your problems.

Outstanding workmanship …friendly and reliable …goes the 'extra yard' !!!

Did a great job on my stuck brocken window, saved the hassle of buying a new window. Great communication and turned up on time at the agreed time. Will use again and recommend

Thank you David and yes definitely cheaper to repair the window than replace and less hassle

Absolutely brilliant service attended same day and identified the problem and realigned my door. Very friendly and helpful will definitely use this company again if and when needed.

Called yesterday came today sorted my back door which i couldnt use fora long time.just a big thank you sorted within 20 minutes and good value will deffo recomend to family and friends. Thank you
