I used DPH Legal for a very complex employment law problem. Before contacting DPH Legal I had shopped around but didn't feel comfortable with other firms who didn't seem interested and were pretty unresponsive.

From the start, Sarah was supportive and helpful and clearly knew her stuff. This put me at ease right away. Even though my issues were complicated Sarah explained things in simple terms and seemed completely unfazed by the very aggressive approach taken by the other party. I was glad to have her on my side and this really took the stress out of the situation. Sarah was polite and responsive and a real safe pair of hands.

Overall, very happy with the service and outcome.

I instructed Mark Lafferty at a time which was particularly difficult for me professionally and personally.

I needed to find a lawyer that spoke in plain English but was able to deal with complex matters in an empathetic manner. Mark was that person. I cannot recommend Mark or the firm DPH Legal highly enough. My employer acted in an extremely aggressive manner towards me and they were not particularly easy to negotiate with. They initially refused to change their position but eventually they relented.

Mark dealt with the case from beginning to end in a calm and efficient way and put me at ease even when at one stage it seemed as if there would not be an amicable resolution to the dispute. DPH responded to my calls and emails quickly and efficiently and at no stage did I feel that I was alone. They were always there to support me.

Thank you DPH Legal and in particular to Mark, Denise and the team for helping me though this difficult time. Please rest assured that I wont hesitate to pass on your contact details to others who find themselves in a similar predicament to me.

I have dealt with DPH (usually David Harris) on a number of occasions over the years, and have always been impressed by the speed of response. The advice is excellent - professional, practical and pragmatic - exactly what I need.

I approached DPH legal after seeing good reviews online but my experience was not that great. They do not seem to have any concept of customer services. I was even threatened for a litigation in case of leaving them a bad review and that is when it occurred to me, why I could not find any bad reviews about them online?

Unfortunately, it was too late for me! I found it very hard to make myself heard or even get my point across. There were so many mistakes made in drafting the documents, I was sent somebody else's documents by mistake and occasionally some documents were missed from sending on to the other party. This was my first ever experience on employment matters and I was hoping to receive a quality service after agreeing to pay very high rates. But I was disappointed is to say the least.

Fantastic serviced. Following a call in the morning they had advised, negotiated and signed an agreement all by 4pm the same day. Great service and advise!
