Looked at reviews on line , went in , very friendly and informative and done a great deal .

Just want to say thank you so much for your help in helping me choose the perfect engagement ring for my fiance. The lady that helped gave me such impeccable service and confidence in making my decision and I couldn't thank her enough for her help. I would never go anywhere else for jewellery now. Highly recommended. No need to look anywhere else

They have a great selection of jewelry and are very helpful and accomodating, i have shopped there several times now.

I couldn't be happier with this place and in particular Shally. I was searching for over a year for the perfect diamond and came across many dealers who I didn't trust and who kept trying to rip me off.
Marlow's and Shally were the exact opposite. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and above all very good value for money.
I can't thank Shally and his team enough. I will only ever buy from them in future. I'm so happy I came across the shop. Beautiful shop in the heart of Knightsbridge, fully recommend.

These guys just tried to sell a diamond with a fake certificate, extremely rude and arrogant. I wouldn't trust them with a penny!

Hi Mane, thank you for your feedback. None of our certificates are "fake". All of them are independatntly certified as we dont issue any certificates ourselves. We assume you did not buy anything from us. Please upload a copy of the certificate you did buy elsewhere with the proof of cost and we can then advise whether you have been conned. For eg some customers want a real diamond with a "fake" budget (for eg a top quality 3ct diamond for £6000) hence we cant help them

Served by Sandeep felt a little rushed but he did have a ring exactly like I had seen on line offered up by another member of staff nice young man didn't get his name. Got a bargain. Would of like a little more customer care. But very happy. Great bargain more ring for your money.

An easy experience from start to finish. Professional and very informative. Marianne was so helpful and knew exactly what engagement ring I wanted. Marlows is the place to go! My fiancée loved the ring. Thank you so much!

Me and my partner had an awful experience in Marlow's last weekend. We were dealt with by Carmen and she didnt make us feel listened to in the slightest. She was very rude and rushed through everything, we felt like she just wanted to make a quick sell and get us out of the shop! We actually had to wait at least 30 minutes before we went into another ring store because we felt so shocked by how we'd been treated. It was so different to every other shop we went into that day. We didnt deal with any other staff members, so I'm sure they're lovely and we are one of the minority that have had a bad experience.
