What can i say. Poor service, poor customer service, poor attitude.
We have had an alarm system with P&R for over 10 years. Once night a few weeks ago, we had a call from the monitoring company to say we had received an activation, we spoke to the out of hours engineer, who advised us there was no issue and had re set our alarm system, the issue was he didn't take it off test mode, so when we were actually broken into, the alarm sounded but not to the monitoring company which meant the thieves had as long as they needed to take £20K of our stock.
We made the claim on our own insurance but did ask P&R to install a slight upgrade on our system for free given it was their error. I was told i would have to pay.
I have not even been offered so much of an apology from this company and would go as far to say that Aaron (owner) is flippant & arrogant
No shock to find we are now getting someone else in to look after this system as P&R are about as good as a chocolate fireguard when you actually need them.

Super job from Hari and Team P&R Alarms today. Excellent service from start to finish and I would certainly recommend P&R Alarms if you are considering a modern security set-up. Keep up the great work.

Really helpful in choosing the right solution as it was a bit of a complex situation. So far, great aftercare too.

A few years back I had a sophisticated alarm and camera system fitted at my residential property. This system was fitted by a company who allege that they are experts in their field. Complete and utter rubbish as from that day to yesterday as I've had nothing but problems such as false activation's, system equipment packing up and if you name it I've experienced it. You can probably understand why my neighbours aren't overly happy with me. I had three options, the first being to jump of a cliff and end it all, the second not to use the system and the third to bite the bullet and get a professional firm in to put in right. This time I did loads and loads of research and decided upon a company whom I have no relationship with and to be honest a company I'd never heard of. They turned up yesterday on time (the other company never did) and from the moment the engineer opened his mouth I knew I was on to a winner. The engineers, both of them, were polite, tidy and clearly experts in their field. They did the job quickly and professionally and I now have a system that I have a 100% confidence in. For the first time in 7 months when I went to bed last night I activated my nighttime setting with every confidence that it wasn't going to false activate and it didn't !!!
If they ever need a show house to demonstrate their system and the quality of their work then as long as they give me enough notice so that I can run the Hoover round, this is the house. Great job done and apart from service dates I don't expect to see you again. Thank you
