Whites Dental Waterloo

I was borderline scammed at this Dentist in that they charged me £250 for a quick cleaning at the hygienist, and £100 of that bill was to write a prescription which they took 10 seconds to write it down. They did not give notice this would be charged. Unbelievable.

EDIT: I uploaded a screenshot of the invoice after reading the response from the owner. They pushed me to do an X-Ray and get some sort of special toothpaste WITHOUT disclosing I would be charged extra. There was complete lack of transparency. I was charged more than £100 at the end by surprise. There's £49 for taking 10 seconds to write a prescription on a piece of paper for a toothpaste that costs less than £8...

Very prompt booking process. Efficient and effective standard cleaning service which is exactly what I was after.

I went to Whites Dental in Marble Arch a few weeks ago. I had problems with my uppermost left tooth for more than a year. My previous dentist did a porcelain crown on that tooth but I had strong pain for the last few months. Then, when on a normal Monday evening my crown fell off, I visited Dr. Romina and we did a scan to examine the area. With her recommendation I decided to get a tooth extraction and although, I was worried at the beginning, it was indeed the right choice. It turned out that the root of this tooth had caries and was infected.. she was very gentle with the extraction. She did a fantastic job, especially that only 1/3 tooth was reachable. I had one stitch and recovery time was minimal- 5 days. I didn’t take antibiotics as the wound healed by itself. I’m very grateful as the situation could have gotten so much worst ❤I strongly recommend Dr Romina!

I had an appoitment yesterday in Marble Arch Branch. I highly recommend Dr Adina, she took her time to explain the process, offers helpful advice for maintaining good oral health. Highly recommend her excellent care.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Romina for a tooth filling. She was the sweetest and very informative and patient with me. She made sure I understood what the procedure will be like and how to maintain the tooth’s health after.

I went to WhitesDental in Marble Arch for an initial consultation with Doctor Edina. She is not only very friendly, but also passionate about her work and a real pro. She assessed my teeth very carefully, walking me through all the issues, presenting everything with photos, recommending treatment and patiently answering my questions. I have to add, I’m a very curious person so it’s not always easy. I’ll definitely do my treatment with Doctor Edina.

On top of that, the staff was also very friendly and welcoming.

I absolutely recommend Doctor Edina and the clinic to anyone.
