Setting up your review request campaign using Best of the Web's tools is easy and can be done in minutes!


Step by Step Instructions:


Access Best of the Web Review Management Campaign Manager


1 - Log in to your Best of the Web Customer Portal: https://portal.botw.org/reviews/


2 - Go to Reviews: https://portal.botw.org/reviews/


3 - Choose the business you want to set up your new campaign for and click the Campaigns button


Create Campaign using Best of the Web's Campaign Management Tools


Step 1 - Campaign Settings

    *From Name - This will be displayed to the left of the Subject Line in the recipients email inbox

    *From Address - This email address will be displayed in the email header

    *Reply to Address - Any replies from your customer will come to this email address

    *Choose Your Time Zone


Step 2 - Configure Messaging Timing and Customize Message

    *Email Messages

        -Activate #1, 2, 3 or all

        -Set time you would like them sent 

        -Message - Customize the message you would like sent! Use our examples or customize the message that you             think will drive your clients and customers to leave you a review


    *Text Messages

        -Activate #1, 2, 3 or all

        -Set time you would like them sent 

        -Message - Customize the SMS message you would like sent!


Step 3 - Upload Contacts

       

Finally upload your contacts to start sending this campaign to them. Here you may upload a *.CSV with file of your     contacts. You can always add contacts at a later time via web form, CSV (Comma Seperated Values) file upload, or the     CRM Endpoint RESTful API (documentation).
