Needed some parts for my lawnmowers and had the pleasure of dealing with Trevor who was both extremely pleasant and knowledgable. Also explained that a lot of the parts can now be bought via their new website which I will certainly be using in future. Thanks

The wheel fell off my lawnmower and having found a parts diagram via Google I knew what I wanted. Yet another Google search brought up several results of companies selling that part so I started working my way through them with no success until I came across Gateshead Lawnmower Centre.
The website is excellent, I found what I wanted and importantly it had pictures. To double check I phoned and spoke to a very helpful gentleman who confirmed that it was just the bushes I needed.
They were posted the same day and arrived this morning, couldn’t ask for better service.
If I need spare parts again this company will definitely be my first port of call.

Second to none customer service, there was a bit of an error at there side with my postal address and they rectified the problem strait away.

Phoned asking about a replacement part , and the lovely gentleman on the phone talked me through checking the issue and resolving it , so I didn’t have to buy a part . Fantastic customer support and service . I will remember this store for future purchase.

Good old fashion, first class service. Proper person on the end of the phone, with time to deal with an order. A rare find these days!
