Used A2B removals today and was very impressed by the service. James and David arrived on time and worked tirelessly and diligently to load all our items from a three bed semi. They unloaded and relocated furniture into selected rooms and stacked bags and boxes for unpacking.

Great staff and very helpful company, that goo well will be using them to move my daughter in a few weeks. THANKS FOR YOU EXCELLENT SERVICE

Very disappointed; A2B did not live up to their promises, specifically the size of van that would be provided in order to make the move in a single trip. Multiple phone calls with A2B staff including the owner on the day had them yelling at me down the phone and repeatedly hanging up as if the problems they had created were my fault, not theirs. The owner blatantly and knowingly lied to me about the service they would provide and the office staff appear totally incapable of following simple instructions or fulfilling clear agreements. Got moved in the end thanks only to the guys who did the actual work, but it turned into a very stressful day for no good reason. I strongly advise you not to use this firm under any circumstances. It was made clear to me on the day that my experience was a typical scenario when dealing with A2B. I would give zero stars for service if that was an option.

Update 8 April 2021: The owner of A2B has recently responded to my review, in exactly the way I would expect based on his previous history and other reviews - criticise and blame the customer while taking no responsibility for his numerous failings. I only wish he could have been there on the day to hear exactly how his own employees described him and his behaviour; sadly most of it was not suitable for publication.

Called these guys to get an item moved for me, was a simply request of moving something into my van from a house, was a little too awkward for someone having never moved an item such as that. They agreed and told me an hour for them to get there, roughly two and a half hours later after a number of phone calls that were quite clearly lies on their half regarding where the van was the owner (I guess) just refused to take my calls. I wpuld heavily recommend that you choose another company. He was also very strung up on the transaction being cash and cash only, something I would describe as strange in the modern day.

Moved on 31/01/2020 . Absolutely brilliant !
Nothing was too much trouble for the 2 guys that moved me . Really polite and really helpful .
They arrived when they said they would and moved me to Leeds .
I was really worried about a huge couch I had , didn't need to worry they picked it up loaded it into the van got to the new house and fitted it in perfectly.
Thanks again you two , will definitely recommend you
