Unresponsive and don't listen

Asked for a quote via the website, they didn't get back to me. Sent an email, they didn't get back to me. Had to phone up to get someone to come and give us a quote.

The chap that came out did not pay attention to my wife. He kept telling us what style of window we wanted to have, even though my wife said we didn't like that style.

He kept saying we should go for a cheaper option, even though we said we didn't like the cheaper option and never mentioned anything about our ability to pay.

When we got the quote it wasn't for what we had asked for.

I emailed to say we had been sent the wrong quote and asked for them to send the quote with the requested window and door, and they never replied.

Always use Camberley Glass for my replacement double glazed units. Excellent.

Made some custom sized mirrors for me for a DIY wardrobe project. Good attention to the detail and worked with me to ensure the mirors were the perfect size for bonding onto the wardrobe doors. Very pleased with the end result.
