A competitively priced, friendly, flexible and solution-focussed company. I have used them 3 times now for my restaurant and were fully satisfied on each occasion. We will continue to use them when we have any kitchen issues/breakdowns.

The engineer came early Not at time agreed unfortunately I wasn't there, and said to my staff just delivering the parts Only Not fixing. Very surprised as I had paid booked to fix them as well. After reluctantly fixed knobs and advised will need new thermostat I had no choice to get order and get fixed.
Next time again turns up early again I miss him and assures staff the frier is fixed tested and works.
To my surprise when I reach work and tried to turn on it didn't work. There was No of sign of oil or water tested. How did he test before leaving? Anyhow managed to call n book all again to sort our the problem
After the shutting I cleaned with hot water from kettle and than tried to see if its work Yep great working ..wrote email to cancel his trip unnecessary
After a week or so same thing doesn't reached its temperature and so called to see if they can send engineer to check again. To my surprised requesting more money saying its been over 2 weeks and Not there problem !!
Not a good company to work

Sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience Yogesh, but as you can see we have many 5* reviews. Sometimes our engineers will deliver parts on behalf of other engineers. This is to save time and to ensure we can carry out repairs as quickly as possible. Occasionally our engineers will be early depending on their previous jobs and progress throughout the day. Normally we expect them to call ahead, so sorry this has not happened. If you have any issues that require resolving please email us directly and we'll be happy to help. We hope we can be of assistance in the future and provide a more satisfactory service.

Really great service, the engineer knew appliances inside out. Very impressive.

Needed someone to come out and get our commercial gas oven working, and was fearing a massive call out fee and repair cost, but Caterkit came out next day, sorted it and the parts and labour were very reasonable. I'll only use these guys going forward. Very reliable.
