After trying prescription medication to help with my depression/anxiety and having horrible side effects, I started researching CBD, and found CBD Queen Gummies. I've only been taking them for 3 days and I'm already feeling like my old self again. I woke up EARLY and refreshed this morning for the first time I can remember...(anyone with depression knows how impossible that sounds) and I could not believe it! The gummies taste amazing too which is an added bonus! And thank you so much for the free roll on oil, I don't have any need for it at the moment but it's great to know I have it to try.

After careful research into the world of CBD, I found CBD Queen to be my best bet as a first-timer... And oh boy was I RIGHT!

I purchased 4x 10ml Full Spectrum CBD Oils 2000mg, which are of high quality, arrived extremely well packaged and included a lot of useful information, as well as a free CBD-infused body oil sample (roll-on) that smells divine.

A little bit of background for my rating:

Having not received my order within advertised the 2-4 day window, I emailed CBD Queen to ask about 2 things:
1. Lab certificate/ report for the products I'd ordered
2. How should I proceed regarding my missing order

Reply was extremely prompt and courteous; not only did they supply me with a full lab report but they also did not question me not receiving my order and promised that if within a couple of days I still hadn't received my order, they would ship it again using UPS and confirm via email.

I didn't even have to chase (this is extremely rare nowadays, unfortunately...), and a couple of days later the lovely Lisa emailed me to say that my order would be shipped again using UPS to ensure (fast) delivery (and promptly received the UPS notification within a couple of hours).

While I understand Royal Mail is under terrible strain and having to deal with unprecedented demand during a pandemic, companies are quick to ignore their level of responsibility... I have to say, not with CBD Queen! The level of service, communication and support I have received from them has been second-to-none and I cannot recommend them enough. This is exactly how you should treat your customers - and for that, they will be having my custom again and again!

Finally, I will end my review by stating how great the oils are! Great quality, trustworthy with the desired effect.

If you ever were in doubt about purchasing from CBD Queen - fear not, and go for it. I can honestly say, you will not be disappointed!
