A great find! Sue and her staff really go the extra mile in terms of customer service! I had a tree that didn't do well and they replaced the tree free of charge (as I recall if the tree/bush doesn't make it past the first year, they'll do that for you). It was a no questions asked thing - they just made it right. I also have been getting Christmas trees from them. This year they sold out early as many places had. I like really good sized trees and usually get a 13 foot tree. I eventually found one at another location, but the tree stand failed. I dropped by to Kent Countryside looking to buy a replacement tree stand, but also asked if they could help me get the tree set up - something that I gladly offered to pay for! Sue's son Joe dropped by that afternoon and spent an hour helping me get the tree in the new stand! I would never have pulled it off without his help. Joe refused to get paid for the job, so I demanded the right of tipping! Without Joe's help whatever I would have jury-rigged would have undoubtedly toppled in the middle of my living room! These sorts of experiences just tell you something about the kind of business they're running - they always have a wonderful selection, but they also just do a great job taking care of their customers!

If you want quality this is the place to go. Great service and plenty to choose from.

Such a great variety of plants both flowers and shrubs/trees, veggies! Staff is friendly and helpful...my first visit warrants another for sure!!

Nice place. Lots of varieties and if they don't have what you want they can order it. Very friendly people.

We absolutely love our bluestone walkway and entry landing. It transformed the front of our home and it is exactly what we envisioned! Kent has also done wonderful work on our existing shrub and flower beds, and have made them more beautiful. Joe and his team are amazing to work with and we would highly recommend them for all your landscaping and hardscaping needs!!!

Beautiful plants, great inventory of landscaping supplies, and knowledgeable staff. This is my first stop in the spring for starting work outdoors and my last stop of the year for their super healthy Christmas trees!
