Rapid Formations

Not even worth 1 star in my opinion. Paid for the 'rapid' package and let me tell you, it has been the absolute opposite of 'rapid'. One minute they don't need 1 director's proof of address because they already exist on the register of companies house because they are on the board for an existing and operational company in the UK, but for some reason they need director 2's proof of address documents, despite them also being the second director of the same existing and operational UK company.

Afterall that, once we had provided them with everything they asked, they say no documents had been received.

Just a shambles really.

You wait days for a reply and each time its a reply from somebody different, each just as clueless as the last.

Honestly just don't waste your time with them.

Horrendous experience.

Nightmare of.a company. Provided documents. They are saying documents were not provided. No response and long waiting time.

i have been using this company for years they are very reliable and i have to mention adam and angus for helping me out with some issues i had thank you guys

This might sound as if I've been paid to write a review, but I am so thrilled with this service that I feel it incumbent on me to recommend them. I've just started a small business, and without Rapid Formations, it would have been nightmarishly challenging to set up a limited company. Every single person I spoke to over the phone was friendly and very helpful, and I never waited on the line more than 5 seconds before my call was answered. I cannot recommend Rapid Formations enough.

I used them in the past and the processes were much smoother. I have just set up a second LTD company for which I needed an address and they keep upselling me additional services , which previously were all included in that one total. I ended up spending three times more as their pages are not clear enough about what you are buying, what is included and what is not. Their customer service over the phone is ok. They help with all the issues, but there are just too many bits I'm tired of chasing.. They keep redoing compliance checks for each additional service, although I went through them already with this company. They get my details wrong so I can't pass security checks. Too much hassle. I won't be renewing my services after year 1.

They are very helpful in dealing with all the queries.

I would like to formally lodge a complaint against Rapid Formation Services due to their exceptionally slow document review process. Their service took over a week just for document review, which is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using their services; instead, opting for the Companies House website would ensure a much quicker process, often within a single day.
