For clients who are looking for a more in-depth assessment of a property, we also offer Level 3 - Building Surveys, often referred to as a structural survey or full structural survey. This type of survey is a more detailed examination of the property and includes information on the structural integrity of the building, as well as any potential issues that may impact the property's value or livability.
