I recently took our bike/cyclist insurance with Sundays. The whole process was very simple. I did call them to have some questions answered and the team member I spoke to was very friendly and knowledgeable as he talked me through everything. I also received a follow up call to thank me for signing up with them and was sent a little welcome gift with a hand written note. Very much appreciated the small things that this company has done and have already recommended them to friends!

Amazing service following my crash in which I smashed my bike computer. Using the Strava perks free insurance I managed to claim back the cost to replace my device incredibly professionally and easily. Never has insurance been this simple and efficient. I've taken out full insurance with Sundays for my bike now and would certainly recommend to anyone. really great personal touches when dealing with them and you are linked to an individual rather than a computer or faceless person at the end. I really felt they (David) cared. Thanks again

I've been treated very well by the Sundays team, called up sleep deprived to get cover and service agent was very patient and friendly. Going forward the only problem I've encountered is I cannot see on the home screen my public liability however, I was sent a copy of the policy that ensured that the liability was active, the e-mail correspondence has been great and the home screen issue is an issue that is being investigated. I have not had to claim (hopefully won't have to.) this is a great start to a business relationship and if it's maintained at a claim stage then I don't think I could ask for more for what I receive.

Hi Ixan, thank you very much for your review and feedback. The homescreen issue is sorted out and about to be put into the live site. I hope you had some sleep in the meantime :)

Very helpful and quick to respond to my questions and considerations. Hopefully I don't have to test the claim procedures but feel sure that the personal contact and help will be on hand immediately. The premium with the Money Expert deal was the cheapest by miles and also the fact that we could tailor the policy a bit to exclude race elements was ideal. Premium only available monthly but the auto renew can be removed. No interest charged. Underwritten by a reputable company in this field.
