Not the biggest store not the biggest choice did not have everything I wanted.

The valance looks lovely but has one fatal flaw, only the valance itself is made from cotton, the invisible part that lays under the mattress is a silky nylon type fabric which causes the mattress to slide all over the place which is extremely annoying.
After I almost fell out of bed one night because the mattress had slipped so much that almost half the mattress was in midair I gave up and removed it.
It's a safety hazard and ultimately a waste of money.

I live in New Zealand, and I ordered two valance sheets for my bed. The parcel arrived, but contained only two plain valances. I emailed and received an apology, saying to pass these valances on, and my correct order would be made and shipped straight away. I received the correct order today and the 400TC cotton valance sheets are amazing. The fit is perfect. I highly recommend this company. The person I dealt with was Joanne, and there was a card with my order that said the order had been 'lovingly prepared by 'Tracy.

The 1000 fitted bedsheet thread count definitely feels very nice to the skin. However, with less than 1.5 years of use the bedsheet has torn despite following cleaning and drying instructions.

Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened with the company. I have bedsheets from other brands that have lasted 5+ years with no issue. With the amount being spent on this bedsheet (£80+), my expectations are much more than 1.5 years of use. I was offered a 20% discount for future purchase when this was raised. However - I should not have to pay for another bedsheet in this circumstance. Unfortunately will not be buying again from them. Longevity of bedding seems to be an issue as per other reviews saying similar things

Having a non standard sized bed I ordered a fitted sheet in May last year. After only 7 months the sheet has already worn out ( despite normal use) and started tearing s! Really disappointed with the poor quality of the cotton used
