Called Monday and left details, was promised a call or email which never came , used a chat window and explained today (Thursday) what my requirements were and emailed over a file

Got back online chat as I had heard nothing by 5pm spoke to a guy who asked me all the stuff I'd already sent over twice n then said , sorry we can't help you when I questioned why I was not getting responses
Uber poor communication start to end and can't even do a simple print job as requested

Shame I wasted 4 days hoping they'd be useful

Re your reply . A bit harsh you say! I appreciate the reply , sadly tho it only serves to illustrate your lack of customer care, not that you have any , of youd taken time to read my review as opposed to simply relying to the one star rating , your rely may we'll have been different and you may actually have grasped the real reason I have 1 star

Not as you suggest because you could not help me , but because you took four days and four contacts from me chasing for you to impart this vital information to me , had you at any point been proactive or helpful, I would have reflected that in my star rating

Out of interest how many would you expect someone you couldn't help and messed about to leave ? 2 just to be polite ? I got nothing from your company , all you did was waste my time

It was all going well until I had my printing wrong, which was their fault, and I found out not long before the deadline so I was panicking. The Wallace printing people helped me print it again for free but still it was stressful, because obviously I wasn't expecting this.

Then the new delivery took ages because the delivery company didn't deliver it properly without giving me any notices, it said they left delivery cards, but obviously that's not true because I have a concierge so that the guy should come through the concierge to my door or my letterbox and there was nothing there and that took 1 week to get the thing actually delivered.

What upsets me the most is that I sent a complaint to Wallace printing and they never got back to me.
I know they are not the delivery service but I paid for that specific service through Wallace printing which I think they should be responsible for this sort of customer care.

Happy to recommend the competitively priced services offered by Wallace print. We look forward to building on our already solid working relationship with Wallace in the year's to come

I have dealt with a number of print companies in the past but none which offer such a wide variety of products at very competitive prices along with an awesome service, would highly recommend using these guys for all you printing requirements.
We needed some very urgent Roller Banners, a Pop Up and some Flags for an exhibition, Wallace couldn't of helped out more, the exhibition was the best we had ever put on! One very happy customer :-)

This was the first time that we had used them and we were really pleased with the service and the quality of the the work provided. They printed our designs and installed the graphics impeccably. After visiting several printing and graphic design companies only to be told what I wanted couldn't be done, I was referred to Wallace Print... They knew exactly what I needed to achieve for my customer. They produced an excellent re print from wallpaper for my customer's bespoke splash back... Needless to say my customer was very happy with the result !
I can highly recommend Wallace Print and will only be using them again !!
