Great job performed by Flick at WLC - my kitchen and Bathroom were in dire need of a deep clean after some months where it had not been possible to clean the rooms properly. The job Flick did on the cooker in particular was outstanding, transforming it from a heads hazard to one where it would be awarded 5 stars for cleanliness and hygiene .

Moreover , Flick is not just very efficient and competent cleaner , it is apparent that she genuinely cares and has a pride in her work as she had underestimated exactly how much time she needed to complete the job but nevertheless refused to leave until the job was completed.

Finally, Flick is polite, courteous and completely trustworthy as she was more than happy to provide ID and proof of residence before she left which means that she can visit my house and perform the cleaning at any time .

In summary, I can’t recommend Flick enough and would have no hesitation in hiring her again- in fact I already have .
