Excellent service for both sales and after-sales, by knowledgeable staff. Helpful and efficient service. A must-go garage for any drivers of the Toyota.

I put a deposit down on a new hilux at the start of july 2021 with delivery due january 2022, the delivery date got pushed back to april 2022 2 months after deposit paid and then a month later it got put back to september 2022( 14 months after deposit) scott tells me they are having trouble supplying new cars due to lack of a superchip and said it had nothing to do with the price of used cars being more expensive than new ones, i have seen them selling the same truck as i ordered on their website and autotrader for £12k more than i paid for a new one !! Scott and his team fobbed me off for over 4 months, i will never use them again and i reccomend people to stay well clear... i will stick to steven eagell for my toyota needs from now on.
Western toyota are Complete Time wasters and liars....

I dropped into this dealership on my way home (300 miles to go) because one of my front windscreen wipers had 'fell off' whilst driving on a motorway, the day before (probably result of deliberate vandalism) and refreshingly they had a replacement set, in stock and at a competitive price (to Halfords)
My trip home was very wet and so I feel that I made the correct decision to ' Go OEM' and I can confirm that the quality was 'Spot-On' 5stars !
The staff were up to the usual Toyota (high) standards of politeness and courtesy and I would not hesitate in recommending their services to a friend.
