Absolutely brilliant service from Richard, had the misfortune of my latch dropping when i closed the door, Richard came exactly when he said he would (which was just a half hour wait), had a look and explained what he was going to do, no damage done to the door or the locking mechanism, well worth the money i paid

Contacted Hero Locksmith today as the snib on the back of my door slipped down and wasn't able to get in the house. Resulted in my little boy and I being locked out. Phoned Hero Locksmith and they were out right away. Fixed the problem in minutes and allowed me to get back in the house. Nice guy, great service and reasonably priced. Would recommend.
