If Google let me give 6 stars, I would. Medussa Juices isn’t just a vape shop — it’s a proper local gem. I drop off so many parcels here I’m considering setting up a desk in the corner. The team are absolute legends — always happy to chat if you need, no job too small, and they somehow make even the boring stuff like parcel drop-offs feel effortless.

When it comes to vape supplies, they’re untouchable. Massive range, top-notch advice, and they somehow know what flavour I’m about to run out of before I do. Psychic? Probably. Legends? Definitely.

It’s rare to find a place that nails customer service, good vibes, and proper efficiency like this. Whether you vape, send parcels, or both — get yourself down to Medussa Juices. I’d give them my last Rolo. And the recipe to my nan’s legendary cheesecake.

The team are always super helpful and friendly. Products are of an excellent quality and the team are very knowledgeable. They also have a loyalty card system that you can use to save money on future purchases. Free parking around the back of the store. 10/10, looking forward to my next visit!

These young lads provide some of the best customer service of any business. They're polite, curtious and knowledgeable. They are always happy to help and assist with you selecting the correct products or devices for your need and they do this with real class and compassion for their customers, without the sleezy salesman approach.
