The WeWork Community team here is excellent, but I've had recurring issues with the Security staff that have impacted my experience as a paying member.

Several incidents have left a negative impression:

Security staff often appear visibly frustrated when performing routine duties like opening gates for guests. In one instance, I witnessed a staff member loudly embarrassing a visitor who didn't understand the entry protocol.

My team members were reprimanded harshly for an honest mistake when trying to admit a checked-in guest. While I understand security protocols are important, the response seemed disproportionate, especially given the lack of clear signage explaining proper procedures.

The building's strict access control system (keycards required for floors and elevators) becomes extremely limiting if you forget your pass. If you forget your pass, you are given a card to handover to security and they'll let you through the gate to the lifts however you need to be let in at the doors to each floor and let back out through the gates when exiting the building. I ultimately paid £20 for a replacement card to avoid the frustration of being dependent on their security team's assistance and getting stuck between floors.

When attempting to receive a package directly from a courier in the loading bay (rather than having it processed through the mailroom - which I am not allowed to do as an All Access Member), the attendant was purposely difficult and I was treated as though I'd violated a major rule, despite only wanting to accept my own delivery in person for an emergency laptop replacement for one of my team.

I fully appreciate the importance of building security, but as a paying member, I believe there should be a better balance between maintaining protocols and providing a welcoming, service-oriented environment. Currently, interactions with security often leave members feeling like inconveniences rather than valued customers.

One of the worst WeWork I've been to, I usually go and try new ones since I can access them with my work.

LACK OF PLUGS
This one is very big and they make everything look very nice, but it is 0 comfortable to work in. There are no outlets anywhere, only in one room and some near the sofas, but these are usually busy, luckily there are 20 plugs for 200 people.

NO FOOD:
Then there is no snack machine, no sale of food or drinks, after lunch, whatever you want, you have to take lift constantly.
There is no food, only sandwiches at lunch time.

SPACE OVERBOOKED.
The entire room was full, it was supposed to be possible to go up to the 16th floor, however there was a private event from 8:00 to 19:00 when they were almost closing. The same thing happened on floor 8. So there was a room on floor 1 for hundreds of people to work in, and floor 9 for hundreds of people to sit on a sofa.

Not recommended.

Great WeWork office and location! One of the better ones in London that I tried. There are sufficient booths for private calls and ample space to work!
