I had a very disappointing experience at WeWork Waterloo due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of one of the staff members, Paulina. During a meeting on a floor where I had been given permission to use, Paulina approached me abruptly and rudely, telling me that I could not be on the floor. When I asked if I could use the communal space on the floor, she told me that I could not, even though I later found out that I was allowed to use those spaces.

When I approached Paulina to address the way she spoke to me, she immediately tried to talk over me trying to defend herself instead of listening to what I had to say. She could not even apologise for giving me wrong information and making me leave the floor I was allowed to be on. Instead, she rudely and inappropriately remarked that I should have "read the contract before signing" up for membership. She then further said that I had already been told I could not be there, but this is a blatant lie because had I been told I simply would have not been there. No one came before to tell me this, but regardless that is beside the fact that working as a staff member for WeWork you should have common decency in your interactions. This shows a complete lack of respect for paying customers and is unacceptable behaviour for someone in a customer-facing role.

My experience with WeWork Waterloo has been soured by the unprofessional behaviour of Paulina.
