The Luxury Hut

I bought my Rolex Oyster Perpetual from The Luxury Hut in February 2023. The service was professional from initial discussion to collecting the watch. The staff all had a lot of knowledge and answered all questions we had before and during the collection, and made us feel extremely comfortable while at the store it’s self. I have found with watch dealers in the past that they can be quite pushy, but dealing with The Luxury Hut was a complete pleasure. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to purchase a timepiece, and I’ll certainly be looking to purchase from them in the future. Thank you Luxury Hut ????

Amazing service and professional all the way. People you can trust to ensure you get the best deal and service. Nerya and the team know their stuff. They provided a fantastic service from beginning to end from providing me with updates, helping me with the order, and then following on with a tracking service to ensure the item arrived safely. I would recommend them 100% either using their online system or a visit to the shop. Good, honest people… hard to come by nowadays.

Unfortunately I lost my original engagement ring, whilst shopping about for a new one, a friend suggested The Luxury Hut as they had purchased a watch from them. I can't recommend them enough. I found what I wanted online but called to ask about sizing. 10/10 for communication and advice. Didn't feel pressure into purchasing but glad I got it!! Absolutely stunning, extremely good quality.

Tried to sell a watch with these guys. When they realised they offered me more than they wanted they rescheduled my appointment and said they would "call back" with another arranged appointment. They never called back. Totally unprofessional customer service. Offered 10% more elsewhere.
