The staff were very helpful and the Rolex watch I bought looks amazing I looked for a long time to find a Pepsi that was in such immaculate condition and at a great price plus also went to see a lot of other dealers and they were rude plus did not give me the time of day. This what I like even more about this company is they did give me the time of day and we’re very patient when explaining everything to me.

This is definitely a company I would recommend and for sure will be buying from again.

Poor communication and very untrustworthy! Initially enquired about a Rolex Submariner. Was waiting for a call back which never happened. They then decided to put the price of the watch up by £500.00 within 3 hours of my contact, without having the decency of letting me know. Understandably watch prices are on the rise but a reputable company should at least make an effort to provide a high level of service which unfortunately, these do not. Avoid this company at all costs, there will always be another store offering the same watch, who will provide a worthy service to the industry.

I bought and sold several watches from Luxury Hut, and I can fairly say they have the best service in the industry. Will always buy and sell from Luxury Hut going forward. Always the best prices and service!

Compre desde España un Cartier Pasha, en excelentes condiciones. Vino muy muy bien empaquetado y protegido. Pude negociar el precio. Lo PEOR es que desde el BREXIT hay que pagar impuestos para la CE.
Si vas a comprar una joya o reloj, es mejor dentro de la comunidad europea. Los impuestos fueron el 25% del precio.
