We used Timber Focus for a complete refurb on a modern property on the Isle of Wight. We chose the pre aged Siberian larch cladding which worked brilliantly against the pale grey aluminium windows and doors. Timber Focus were reliable and easy to deal with.

The Siberian Larch decking we received from Timber Focus was absolutely terrific. Lovely quality wood which was easy to work with and looks absolutely stunning. We had a small issue with just a couple of planks which were a little "off" and the customer service we received was fantastic. Replacements were sent and deliveries chased up with great communication from all the team - with special mention to Morgan who had immense fun trying to get updates on our delivery to Aberdeenshire :-). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Timber Focus and I'm sure I will be back for more decking and cladding in the not too distant future.Thanks guys!

I am now leaving a 5* review, but it could have easily been a 1*! I ordered some cladding from Timber Focus, the price and customer service were both very good. When the timber was delivered I was not on site, but I soon realised the wrong wood had been delivered. I phoned and spoke to Jane who was incredibly helpful, she apologised for the mistake and said she would ask her director to email me. This was done and with a couple of days the correct cladding was delivered and swapped over.

We ALL make mistakes, but it's how they are dealt with that is so important. Thank you Timber Focus for dealing with this so professionally and we love the cladding that has now been delivered.....highly recommended.
