Richard was absolutely fantastic. So much so I have written this review immediately
He was very prompt and got the job done in minimal time. The entire time of the job, taking time to allow my 3 year old to assist him she was absolutely chuffed, what a wonderful man and professional.

Had an excellent experience with Hero Locksmith. Called as my key had broke in the communal lock and they were here within 15 minutes. The key was removed quickly and they even cut me a new one. The price was exactly as quoted on the phone. They couldn’t have been more helpful during a stressful time (we go on holiday tomorrow) - absolute lifesaver!!!

I called Hero locksmith after locking myself out the house and my dog inside! Richard was at my door in 20 minutes. He did what he said he would and for the price he quoted. No damage to my door or lock. You wouldn’t know he’d been. He also cut me 2 sets of keys at a very reasonable price. Totally recommend Hero locksmith. Great job. Thanks for saving the day!!
