Jonathan was superb in letting us lads get a photo at the castle out of kindness and what a great photo it is, would recommend! Not many businesses out there that are kind like that!

After a long search to find the very best suppliers for our wedding we chose Jonathon Fowler to shoot our wedding video. We were looking for something special and were impressed with the samples on his website. After meeting him we knew we had chosen wisely because he was so friendly, welcoming and down to earth. Most importantly, he was genuinely interested in us and telling our story the way we wanted. Jonathon communicated regularly in the run up to our wedding, always being professional and polite. Not long before the wedding, we had to change our venue and this was no problem whatsoever for him.

On the day Jonathon and Claire were so friendly and professional. This put us totally at ease to the extent that we forgot we were being filmed! He liaised with our photographer to ensure that their work complemented each other.

After the wedding Jonathon gave us regular updates on the status of our film and allowed us to choose our own music, something particularly important to us. When we received our film we were absolutely over the moon with it! The shots are absolutely stunning and the film is sequenced perfectly with the music. The quality is outstanding and having the files means it is easy for us to share with family and friends.

We really cannot thank them enough or recommend them more highly!

Jonathon and Claire managed to make the most amazing video of our wedding day without us even noticing they were there. The managed to get all the best and intimate moments without getting in the way. The quality of the final video was superb they are true masters at what they do. Would happily recommend them to anyone who needs photos or a video of a special event.

Jonathon was an absolute professional ever since our first meeting over a year before our wedding. The communication on the run up to our big day was excellent and he answered all the questions we had around timings and photo lists. One the day, Jonathon and his wife Claire were fantastic and really put my wife and I at ease. They knew exactly where to be at the right times to get the best shots and captured the best moments from our wedding that we will cherish forever.

We would definitely recommend Jonathon for your wedding photography if you are looking for classic images that are timeless.

Jonathon took the photographs of my daughter's wedding. The formal photographs of the ceremony are superb. He was able to organise the post ceremony family and participant pictures quickly and painlessly. Jonathon was also able to capture the casual and important moments that mean so much as time goes by. I highly recommend him

I wanted to set up a surprise engagement shoot with my partner while we were in Edinburgh and had no idea where to start! Jonathon made himself available and we figured out a plan leading up to the shoot (all while dealing with different time zones!). The experience on the day of was amazing! He had some shots in mind and gave us great direction without making it feel like it was unnatural. He even got some great shots of the proposal, which to both of our surprise ended with both me and my fiancee proposing to each other! Overall an amazing experience and I would definitely say you can trust that Jonathon will do an amazing job!

I was searching for an Edinburgh photographer to take pictures celebrating my husband's 70th birthday. I had the good fortune to come upon Jonathon's website and immediately felt that he would be perfect, as family photography is one of his specialist areas.

I was very impressed that he responded very promptly to my initial inquiry and continued to liaise with me very efficiently over the weeks preceding the photo shoot.

We had chosen the Dalmahoy Hotel for the event, a venue which Jonathon knew well and where he was able to select just the perfect backdrops for our photos. There were ten of us in the group, including two small children, but Jonathon put everyone at ease and I can honestly say that it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience which was evident in the final result.

Many thanks again Jonathon. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone looking for an Edinburgh photographer.

Jonathon was excellent throughout our day, very professional and unobtrusive, it was like he wasn't there but when seeing the finished video it seems he was everywhere! He captured all the best moments and put together some lovely shots of ourselves and guests when we were all just enjoying ourselves in a natural way, which resulted in a true and honest video. We would highly recommend Jonathon as he delivers a professional, courteous and friendly service.

Jonathon was amazing and the best surprise of our wedding. We planned our wedding from the US but working with Jonathon we never felt like we were oceans apart. We met for the first time through skype and it was easy to tell how genuine he was. He quickly put us at ease explaining and answering all of our questions.... email after email :) He captured all of our special moments of the day, even ones we forgot about ourselves. It was truly magical watching our video and reliving the moment. A million stars wouldn't be enough.
