Jonathon was so kind to do a shooting over the holidays. The communication was effortless and he made sure everything went according to our expectation and beyond. Our family shooting was amazingly comfortable, funny, and just easy-going - our photos are beautiful and I would doubtlessly want to work with him again in the future. I can only recommend him if you are looking for natural, professional and high-quality photos.

Jonathon photographed our wedding at the Lothian Chambers, Edinburgh, in May.

We contacted Jonathon several months before our wedding, he responded very quickly and our first impression was that he was very friendly and professional. We were both very impressed by his photos on his website and were both keen to have him as our photographer.

On the big day, he turned up to the chambers to meet and greet us, and wasted no time to get started taking photos of everyone there. He has taken many photos at the chambers before so not only did he know where the best shots were, but he also helped us in terms of what to do and expect on the day. He did well to settle a few nerves too!

Following the chambers, we headed up to Calton Hill to get more photos. These turned out to be incredible shots that we fell in love with instantly. With his vast knowledge and passion for photography, he wasted no time in getting as many shots in many different locations. This was particularly important as we only had booked a short time with him.

I would 100% recommend Jonathon to anyone, especially if you are getting married in Edinburgh. Our family and friends were all very impressed by the final photos and have all commented to us that Jonathon was a joy to work with on the day.

Jonathon photographed my wedding in June and he was fantastic. He is so experienced and laid back he makes everyone very at ease and comfortable. He has great ideas for shots that would work well, as well as incorporating shots that you really want to get. On my big day the weather was rubbish and it rained all day which meant changing some of our plans but Jonathon was brilliant at adapting and coming up with new ideas. We were able to get some beautiful shots.
Jonathon is such a lovely guy, he was the only wedding photographer we met with as my husband and I hit it off with him straight away. Everyone commented on the day how nice he was.
Definitely recommend Jonathon to anyone looking for a photographer

I would highly recommend using Jonathon Fowler if you are looking for a high quality wedding photographer. I first used Jonathon to video my brothers 21st which we were very pleased with the outcome. We therefore felt we could trust Jonathon to do a great job with our wedding photos and he did! He gives clear direction whilst taking the photos and has a great manner about him. We didn't even notice him taking many of the other natural shots and were delighted with them all. The difficult part is choosing your favourites out of the hundreds of photos! There is lots of opportunity to customise your album to exactly what you like and we are absolutely delighted with the final album! The quality of the actual print and pages exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have been happier. Thanks Jonathon!

Organising a wedding from the other side of the world and at short notice could well have made our elopement a stressful venture, but from the moment my husband and I booked Jonathon to photograph our wedding day in Edinburgh, we knew we were in good hands. Jonathon was a pleasure to deal with, he helped us out to design and supply our wedding album as the photographer we had chosn on our wedding day had gone into bankruptcy and could no longer provide us with an album. Jonathon was great and happy to help when alot of photographers were unable to meet our request. Despite our problems, Jonathon made us feel as if he had been part of our day from the very beginning, and had we known him previously we would have selected him for our big day. Highly recommended photographer, designed our album perfectly, very easy to deal with and a great personality!
