What an incredible service! I would absolutely recommend the insurance surgery. I was struggling to get insurance applications accepted which caused significant stress as talking about medical/ mental health history and struggles can be very traumatic. Karl Waterhouse acted with such reassurance and sensitivity and completely transformed a difficult scenario into one in which I felt at ease, no judgement and explained everything so thoroughly. A1 service from the beginning. My own medical history meant the application took some time but Tom Hayes and his colleagues were there all the way. If you want a competent, professional company to deal with you have found the right one. And the 'icing on the cake' is that I now pay half the amount of my old premiums for twice the cover. 10/10 Many thanks
