I can’t sing the praises of this company enough - I’m on to my third time of using FFD and again they have excelled- How many companies do you know that could source enough ice cream display and storage units for a shop in 3 weeks and deliver in the middle of a pandemic - For an online outfit customer service second to none

Please avoid this company at all cost, my husband bought a fridge for his takeaway, an item is good but unfortunately it was a little too small for us. And there the problem started- wanted to return it even at our cost to exchange for something bigger/ I was told we had to pay restocking charge of whopping £800 - total rip-off. It’s against the law. Take all this into consideration before buying from FFD. Now I am stuck with fridge I don’t need and am afraid to order anything else.

Worst company ever .After paying almost 3k for a fridge , delivery was late almost 2 weeks
They bring me wrong order , calling back trying to fix their own mistake they still want to charge me fees for redelivery and very rude on the phone , after calling couple of time , don’t answer my phone anymore . They don’t want to fix their own mistake. Stupid company and same the employees

Stay away from this company, the delivery service is awful. Due to some miscommunication they charged be extra £94 for re-delivery. Horrendous customer service

First class service from start to finish from Carol and the Team. Very responsive and helpful. Ordered our drinks fridge Wednesday morning and by Friday delivered. Totally recommend this company our Garage drinks room is now complete!!!! Thanks Cat Owens :)

I recently purchased 4 fridges for my business and I was promised they would arrive within 2-5 working days. The first two came 5 working days later (1 week) so that was within the time bracket, advertised. When I enquired about the shipment of the other two fridges, I was told it was still yet to be dispatched. What followed was constant phone calls every day to try to remedy the situation. After a few days of back and forth, I was told it was being loaded onto a lorry and should be with me soon. Then I was told, that the driver, coming from southhampton, would prefer to go to Glasgow before coming to me in Newcastle... further delaying things and forcing my business to remain closed until I eventually received the shipment, over 2 weeks later. No compensation or partial refund was offered.

Wow, ordered this fridge at 2pm yesterday, didn't even pay for next day delivery and 9am today it was delivered, working perfectly and is running already! Couldn't recommend this company enough, outside of the delivery itself customer service team highly responsive and friendly. Couldn't ask for more...

Ordered 23rd August and still no delivery, phoned and got told it was a pre order but online there was nothing saying that, phoned again today and funny enough got told delivery was actually today before 18:00, now its past 18:00 and still no delivery! Absolute joke when delivery is is only meant to be a few days and not a month! Will contact the bank fraud team if order isn't refund!
